Mark arrived exactly on time. We were having my mothers carpets cleaned before putting her condo up for sale. People had recommended replacing it but I thought we would try this first.

I trusted Mark, left him a check, and told him to lock up when he was done. I was so surprised when I returned to find the carpets looking beautiful. He removed nearly all of the 20 years of dirt and traffic patterns that had set in. I was so happy that I didn’t replace the carpeting and had gone this route instead.

They could fit me into their schedule in a reasonable amount of time. Bottom line, I would and will use them again. Mark did a fabulous job.
